Hi, I’m Ashley

When I’m not wrangling three boys, a cat, a bird and six chickens, with my husband here on the Central Coast, NSW, I love to create… with words, with illustrations, with stuff. Okay, so that’s a very simplified explanation but seriously, there is not a time when I’m not creating something. I could recite all the Marvel movies off by heart, so my time is better spent crocheting or embroidering while I’m “watching” this movie again. That’s now, but I’ve been a lover of art and craft since day dot. Drawing mouse colonies on the skirting boards, or writing and illustrating my first book in primary school. (It was about a bunch of animal friends struggling to find something to do on a rainy day by the way. I wonder if my parents still have it… Hmmm…)
